Good night, I am a frequent costumer of Disney Store and today I went to Disney Store in Queens NY at Queens Center Mall to buy a complete Mickey Mouse stuff for my baby that turns 1 tomorrow, First I try to buy 10 mickey mouse t-sum t-sum for my babys birthday goodies bags to give to his friends and the cashier "Max" said I only can buy 5, I asked for the manager and ms Christine said thats the policy said that, but she cant show me where in the policy shows that restriction, I said ok, sell me just 5 and tomorrow i will go to another disney store to buy the others 5. But now they want to charge me 5.95 for each plush because a store special in plushes instead 4,95 tag price, I was very upset and my daughter 9 years old very sad, we were at store for more than 30min waiting for the manager trying to charge the right price so I could not buy anything because she can not give me the right price that shows on the tag. This is the worse experience ever in Disney Store. Thank you for your time.

Hello! I love the Disney store and shop the app frequently. I would say that I check the "new arrivals" page daily. However, for the past several months I havent been able to get past the check out screen. Once I click "proceed to check out" a little Mickey head shows up and it just loads and loads forever. I have the same problem on my smart phone and computer, using Google Chrome or Internet Explorer. Ive had to place every order over the phone, which I dont like doing because its inconvenient and I dont receive an email confirmation that way. Ive passed on several items and missed sale items I really wanted because of this problem. PLEASE FIX IT! Thanks!

The app is okay but it definitely needs some tweaks and some updating! The UI of the app could be better as it currently feels quite clunky, not intuitive, and not super user friendly like some other Disney apps. I also wish I could use Apple Pay it does give you the option when selecting how to pay but when I go to the next screen to tap the black box that says Buy Now with Apple Pay nothing happens. It doesnt bring up the usual Apple Pay prompts or anything so I have to go back and just fill in my card info instead. I try to use Apple Pay whenever I can because its just so quick and easy and adds another layer of security. Hopefully that could be fixed in a small update and the app could be redesigned in the future.

I cant buy anything through the app. The interface is no different than the website but the website works 100% of the time. It never keeps items in your cart and errors every time you add a code. Its not even usable.

Nothing seems to work like it should for this app anymore. It used to work great. Apple Pay:(. Touch ID:(. When you try to apply a coupon, all I get is an error and so when I want to place an order, I am forced to use the website. iPhone 6s Plus on latest iOS. Come on Disney. Please fix this. It has been this way for TOO LONG.

Whenever I try to add an item to my cart,the app closes.Also,when scrolling through products, when the bottom of the page is reached, the same items are loaded over and over again!

Thanks Disney Store! Now I can continue to feed my Tsum Tsum habit using my iPhone and iPad. Love the new interface, its faster and much more responsive, and the best part... it works flawlessly!

The app refuses to work for me, constantly bringing up a banner saying that my request cant be processed at this time. Im very dissatisfied that I cant use the mobile app as well as everyone else.

Totally unresponsive

Trying to update my information. Says to click here but the link does not work. Says I can use the app as a guest, but then asks me to sign in and update my information. Same broken link. Went to Disney Store today at the mall and they did not have what I was trying to purchase online.

I absolutely love this app, the redesign is unparalleled. This finally satisfies my tsum tsum fever. I used to be obsessed with taco Tuesday, now its all about tsum tsum tuesdays. Slay on, Disney!
