Love this app, but a couple things are really annoying. You have to sign in every time you open the app. The order tracking never works. And if you open the website from google and switch to your app it says that its switching your cart over, but doesnt. So you have fill your cart all over again.
Everything looks good online, but be aware! They are most likely to lose your package! After ordering a Christmas gift, they sent me a tracking number that never worked. After five days I decided to call and they told me the item was considered loss. They said they can issue a refund back to my card but it will be 5 to 7 days, or a gift card via email which will be 3 to 5 days. But also told me there was no guarantee I will get anything before Christmas. The representative and her supervisor (Carlisa) were very inconsiderate. They did not care that the one and only present I had to give my nephew was now lost. I will never order from them again.
Couldnt get it to even start just shows Disney store logo.
I add 4 items to my cart and if I have to leave the app for any reason (Im at work trying this), my cart is emptied! This happened 3 times. Im done. My daughter didnt "need" what I was ordering her anyway. Im off to Amazon.
My iPhone was having serious problems. After a week of downloading this app it caused my phone to crash, run slower, and created serious problems with my phone.
First get rid of the knock knock its unnecessary second when ever i logged in it would say invalid password or it didnt recognize my login and I would always have to checkout as guest and when I clicked on forgot password to change password I never got an email to go to the link to change it so had to go to main site fix everything from there then get back to app put in the new password and I still got invalid password ugh got so aggravated I just deleted it
I wish I were able to give negative star. Your freaking app doesnt work. It doesnt even load. How many more time do I have to remove and reinstall the app? It just never work!
The current version is constantly logging me out. I sign in and if I close out to go to something else on my phone then immediately (less than 30seconds) go back to the app. Im logged out! And keep having to log back in!
Doesnt show the full order and charges your bank account without processing your order!
This app needs MAJOR update it takes to long and it crashes. Last update was in April 2015!!!

You have to sign in every time. It doesnt keep your items saved in cart if you happen to close the app. Might as well go to the actual website.
I am a frequent Disney shopper and find this app maddening. It logs you out constantly and, as other users have complained, when you click back to your item list from the details of a particular item you have to scroll through the whole list again to get back to where you were browsing. The app consistently doesnt work when attempting to make a purchase so I often just use the website itself. I actually just deleted the app today for similar issues. This is not the quality I typically associate with a Disney product or Disney customer service, please fix this! I believe you are losing out on sales due to poor app functionality.

"Fix it Felix" should really get fired two days and you guys cant fix the problem even Kim Kardashian can fix her app in a day and shes pretty slow geez
This app used to work fine for me with only one major complaint. However recently it has been saying "fix-it Felix is fixing the app" whenever I try to use it. The App Store says there was an update on April 6th but I never got the update and its not available to me now either. Previously the only complaint I had with this app was that when you are scrolling a list, click a item, and then go back to the list it takes you all the way to the start of the list. Just save yourself a headache and use the mobile site.
I try but I can even get on the app because it wont load I only gave it 2 stars because I love Disney
I just recently added this app back on my new phone and it has not worked once all I get is Fix it Felix not happy
Try to open app I get a site down fix it Felix working on it. Deleted and reinstalled same thing. Wrote Disney store on Twitter they said call to assist with my order. Dont need help with an order.
