Disney Store App Reviews

Im a huge Disney fan and since I am not able to go to the parks for now I am constantly buying new items! Ive been trying to open the app for the last couple of days and it says that "Disney is fixing it" but its been like this for days now. The Disney store iPad app wont open either! Come on Disney you need to start updating your apps more often!!!!!

Has been down for a while now. Ive tried re-installing, but still doesnt work. Will delete.

Fix it Felix has been fixing the app for weeks. Used to be great. Now it doesnt work:/

This app no longer opens. Always crashes.

As soon as I open the app, I get a Fix-it Felix. In very rare occasion, the main screen pops up. Any click or search will take me back to Felix. Dont know about you, but if Fix-it Felix cant fix it for over two weeks, its time to fire Felix and hire Bob the Builder.

Dear Disney Store: The app on IOS is not working. It has stated "Fix-it-Felix is fixing the app" for more than a week since your update was pushed in the App Store on iPhone. I tried deleting it and re-downloading it with no success. You are losing business.

It was a great app for the longest time but its going on two weeks or so that its not been working at all saying theyre fixing it or working on improvements. Fix the app already for christs sake

I get the fix it Felix "were working to fix the problem" screen every time I try use the app. This is what happens when a company outsources its web designers and software engineers, efficiency is low and errors are never corrected. Im currently having several other issues with my Disney account as well and the cast members are CLUELESS and unwilling to help. This is Disney, not Walmart!!!

Never opens and always says its being fixed

For the past 3 weeks only twice have I been able to even get in! Every other time when I open the app it keeps showing a picture of Fix-It-Felix Jr., which takes up the entire screen not allowing me to do anything. On top of that, the two times that I did get in once I tapped "Whats New", the same image popped up. PLEASE FIX THIS DISNEY!!! I have read some other reviews, and it seems like many other users are having the same issue. This is definitely not up to the usual Disney standards. Because of this, I am having to go to the website or use the "Shop Disney Parks" app (which works great) instead.

As a huge Disney fan and a constant shopper on this site I figured a Disney app would be useful. But every time I go on to shop or look at the latest merchandise, I keep getting the "I can fix it" Felix sign, and might I add its been like 2 months already. This is ridiculous and annoying. Something needs to be fixed because Im about ready to uninstall the app.

I always thought that Fix-it Felix was awesome, until I downloaded this app. It has never worked. I have never gotten to see what the app does or whats on it. All I ever get is a form page with Fix-it Felix telling me theyre "working" on bettering the app. Its been over 3 weeks now. Ive never had an app do this before, and Ive have iTunes for well over 10 years. This is not the quality Ive come to expect from the Disney brand. Deleting the "app." Very soured on this Disney experience. I wont look for it again. If I could give negative stars I would.

App loads fine 4 out of 5 times. But the minute I try to search or use a menu I get a screen featuring Fix It Felix that says they are working on fixing the app. This has been the case for over a week now. Time to scrap this app and start over.

I used to love this app. I made several purchases through it. It wasnt without its quirks (primarily the lack of user-friendliness and shortcuts in navigation), but it was still basically functional. Now, take away the function and replace it with an annoying screen saying that theyre working on improvements to the app (for WEEKS, now)...and you have the Disney Store app. Follow the advice of previous posters: just use the website.

I keep trying to open app I have previously had no issues but now every time I open app fix it Felix pops up....please fix it Felix

The app is the same pretty much as the website but the sites much more useful. I have to uninstall or reinstall sometimes to fix the Felix page about store issues or odd scrolling. Its a shame seeing they offered touch use for ease. Just would like to see the app become more stable but it must be a sub product that doesnt make much money so development resources arent applied.

What happened to this app? There was always little issues, but now the moment you click on it, fix it Felix pops up...but apparently hes on vacation, because he is NOT fixing it! Cant use at all!! Deleting app, just going to website now. Very frustrating and NOT magical!!!

This app never works. I sometimes will get a screen showing different areas I can look on but the "fix it Felix" comes on. Deleted the app and downloaded it again and same thing.
