I keep having trouble staying signed in. When I exit the app but dont even close it, when I go back in it has this error every time. Its also very slow and Id love it if it was faster and more efficient than this current version

Arent apps supposed to work? App just loads constantly doesnt load any products at all. Cant browse anything.

You cant make a wish list or save items you want to buy. The app takes forever to load or open a page. Sometimes the app doesnt even open.

I dont understand what the point of having an app in canadas App Store if nothing can be purchased from the app Everything that Ive selected to purchase cannot be shipped internationally which means from the united states to Canada Horrible fail yet again

This app needs a lot of work. It is extremely frustrating the way it acts and seemingly misbehaves. It will randomly sign you out of the app. It asks if you want to use Touch ID but no clue where it comes in. It is way too easy when browsing to just go back to the home screen and lose your place from scrolling. It is very frustrating. Also would not let me buy something. The prime purpose of the app. This app def does not reflect Disneys high quality when it comes to customer experience and seems like a third party app for their store. Disappointing.

This app needs so much work. It always crashes. Every Time I open it says that it needs to be fixed. I wont let me purchase anything. I kept getting and error message. Im deleting the app and going back to buying merchandise through the web browser.

Just terrible. Constant sign prompts. Promo codes dont work right. Just makes buying to hard. Still terrible.

In the app and on the web on my mobile device you cannot check out. Java errors. Mobile shopping is so common. This is a big issue that needs to be fixed ASAP

After the latest update, app refuses to work. All I get is the Fix-It Felix error and I cant even search past the main page. Deleted it from my phone since its a waste of space. Ill just use the web browser I suppose.

Signs me out. I tried for 20 minutes to place an order. I kept getting different error codes. I needed up using the website. Sad.

This app never functions correctly and I am deleting it. I love everything Disney except this app!! Please improve!!

Keeps signing out of app while using. Touch id almost never pops up on it to sign in so useless in the app. Needs to be fixed!

This app is horribly designed. A very ugly unappealing user interface that is hardly differentiated from the website. It is functionally poor and not the easiest to navigate. Very frustrating especially coming from Disney.

Cmon Disney. Yall need to fix this app. Theres no excuse. Tons of errors all the time. Im getting null errors all the time.

When the app functions properly, its nice and easy to operate-- but Ive only been able to use the app like two times. Half the time it barely loads, and when it does, its unable to open an page I want. Also, the back button always brings you back to the top. Please fix!

Navigating this app has always been frustrating. You cant open an item and return to search results w/o starting over and having to re-scroll. Additionally, it wants you to constantly login over and over again. Then, since the latest update, I have more regular crashes, and cannot get the app to accept any coupon code... including one(s) I got from the app itself! I get an error code every time. The only thing this app seems to do successfully is add things to the cart. If it remembers you being logged in, it saves cart info. But to actually make a purchase, or browse with any ease, I have to go online.

Discount codes generate errors. Scrolls of product do an incomplete loop, dont go back to the same product location, fail to load and dont have all of the filters listed. The app also has different/less inventory than Disney.com. It took me two hours and having to call in my order. I could have driven to the Disney store and back in less time.

This app has worked like a charm for me for the past 5 years, but ever since the last update it is not useable. Cant use it on my phone or iPad without constantly getting the Fixit Felix error screen. I have loved this app and would much prefer it over using the website on my phone, but its not happening until this problem is fixed. Help Disney!!

This app hasnt worked in months! Its frustrating, to say the least, to try to buy something and to not be able to see what they have for sale. Disney store is missing out on our back to school shopping now, but theyve lost out on many birthday gifts, our summer towels and bathing suits, numerous nightgowns, and dolls. Either fix the app or get rid of it altogether. I wish that I could of rated it 0 stars- it doesnt deserve any. Come on Felix- get your act together and actually fix something!
