Havent been able to purchase via the app in 3 solid months

Hello!

I love the Disney store and shop the app frequently. I would say that I check the "new arrivals" page daily. However, for the past several months I havent been able to get past the check out screen. Once I click "proceed to check out" a little
Mickey head shows up and it just loads and loads forever. I have the same problem on my smart phone and computer, using Google Chrome or Internet Explorer. Ive had to place every order over the phone, which I dont like doing because its inconvenient and I dont receive an email confirmation that way. Ive passed on several items and missed sale items I really wanted because of this problem. PLEASE FIX IT! Thanks!
